Al-Badi' is the Originator who creates in unprecedented, unique ways. He creates without prior model, without imitation, and without peer. His creation is unique and original. He originated the heavens and earth in a way that had never existed before.

Allah asks rhetorically: "Originator of the heavens and the earth - how could He have a son when He has had no companion and He created all things?" Al-Badi' created everything without example or precedent. Before creation, there was nothing - no matter, no time, no space. Then He said "Be" and it was. Each species of animal, each type of plant, each law of physics - all original creations without prior model. Even the angels were astonished when He announced the creation of humans: something unprecedented, a being made of clay given the spirit of Allah.
Al-Badi' creates without precedent. His creativity is infinite and original. Appreciate the unprecedented nature of His creation, from galaxies to atoms.
