Al-Basit is the One who expands and extends provision, hearts, and knowledge according to His wisdom. He opens wide the doors of mercy and sustenance. His expansion brings relief after constriction and abundance after scarcity.

When the Muhajirin migrated to Madinah, they left behind all their wealth and property in Makkah. They arrived with nothing. The Ansar opened their homes, shared their wealth, and even offered to divide their date groves. But Al-Basit had greater plans. Within a few years, Islam spread, conquests brought wealth, and the Muslims went from poverty to prosperity. Those who left everything for Allah found that Al-Basit expanded their provision beyond imagination.
When you sacrifice for Allah, Al-Basit expands what you have left and gives you more than you lost. His expansion comes at the perfect time.
