Exemplifying Story
quranAllah's Power Over the Sun
Reference: Surah Al-Baqarah 2:258
When Ibrahim argued with the tyrant king who claimed divinity, Ibrahim said: "My Lord is He who gives life and causes death." The king arrogantly said: "I give life and death" (by releasing or executing prisoners). Ibrahim then said: "Indeed, Allah brings up the sun from the east, so bring it up from the west." The tyrant was dumbfounded. Al-Qadir's power over the cosmos silenced the arrogant king. He controls the sun, the stars, the universe - all submit to His power. What is a human king compared to that?
Al-Qadir's power humbles all false claims to power. The One who moves the sun can certainly handle our problems. Trust in His limitless ability.
