مَالِكُ الْمُلْكِ

Malik ul-Mulk is the Owner of all sovereignty and dominion. Every kingdom, every possession, every authority ultimately belongs to Him. He gives dominion to whom He wills and removes it from whom He wills. All worldly power is borrowed from Him.
