seerahGuidance to Madinah
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari
When the Prophet ﷺ migrated from Makkah to Madinah, the Quraysh pursued him with a bounty of 100 camels. They tracked him to the cave of Thawr. Then the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr needed to travel through the desert to Madinah without using the main routes. They hired a guide, Abdullah ibn Urayqit, who was not yet Muslim but was trustworthy. Al-Hadi guided them through obscure paths, avoiding the search parties. When they finally arrived, the Ansar celebrated with "Tala'al Badru Alayna" (The full moon has risen upon us). Al-Hadi had guided His messenger safely home.
Al-Hadi guides His servants through means they might not expect. Trust His guidance, take the means available, and know that He directs all things to their proper ends.
